Warranty
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens that entitles you to claim warranty. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Any defect upon receipt (or non-receipt of your order) must be reported within 48 hours by email to vivajewellerystore@gmail.com

If a defect is not reported and an item is “lost”, there is no warranty.

There is no guarantee on the discolouration of jewellery and beads. Discolouration of these always occurs due to external factors. This can be anything. Moisture, perfume, sweat, but also medication use and/or the acidity of the skin. We have no influence on this and it is therefore not covered by the guarantee. When purchasing plated jewellery, you know that the jewellery will (eventually) always discolour.

Below you will find a clear overview of what we provide a guarantee for:

Handmade jewelry:  If parts become loose due to wear, they can often be easily repaired with pliers. In addition, Vivajewellerystore advises to keep jewelry away from liquids. Discoloration occurs when jewelry comes into contact with creams & perfumes or with an increased acidity. The advice is therefore to handle this with care. In addition, the advice is not to bend the text bracelets every time you put them on and take them off. The handmade text jewelry has a 30-day guarantee. Please note: Vivajewellerystore does not offer a guarantee against discoloration. If it is known that your skin has a higher acidity, we advise you to apply a layer of clear nail polish to the inside. Other jewelry has a 30-day guarantee.

Fashion (scarves/wallets/bags): 
All items in the fashion category have a 30-day warranty period.

Unfortunately, we do not provide a guarantee on: buttons, sequins/stones, washing, zippers and discolouration of jewellery.

Vivajewellerystore does not provide any warranty on items purchased in the  sale  .

If the item is damaged or another defect occurs within this period, please send an email (including photo) to vivajewellerystore@gmail.com

Complaint?
It can always happen that something does not go as planned. We advise you to first make complaints known to us by sending an email to vivajewellerystore@gmail.com. We will then contact you within 48 hours.

If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via  [https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/ ].

As of 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at  [http://ec.europa.eu/odr]. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
